- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1½ tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp onion powder

- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sour cream
- 1–2 tsp adobo seasoning
- Juice from half of a lime

Cut 1 large chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add to a bowl with all the wet mix ingredients (buttermilk, hot sauce, egg, Cajun seasoning, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder). Mix well and let sit.

In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, adobo seasoning, and lime juice to make the taco sauce. Set aside.

Mix the dry ingredients in another bowl (flour, Cajun seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper). Coat the marinated chicken pieces in the dry mix.

Fry the chicken in 350°F (177°C) oil until golden brown. Use a

to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Add fried chicken and shredded cheese to flour tortillas. Toast on both sides in a pan or on a griddle until lightly crispy. Serve with the prepared taco sauce.
