- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ tbsp salt
- ¾ tbsp pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- ¾ tbsp paprika
- ½ tbsp chili flakes
- ½ tbsp dried parsley
- ½ tbsp onion powder
- For the breading:
- Flour
- Eggs
- Bread crumbs/panko

Add the ground beef and the spices to a bowl. Add an egg and mix well.
