Rib Eye Spaghetti
Recipe Preparation
  • 1 lbs sirloin steak
  • 3 oz spaghetti
  • 1 head garlic
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • Parmesan cheese (to taste)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Black pepper (to taste)
Step Description
1
Bring the steak to room temperature and season it with salt and black pepper.
2
Use the ThermoPro TempSpike Plus Truly Wireless 600-ft Meat Thermometer  to make sure the steak has been cooked to a medium-rare level of doneness. Insert the probe into the center of the steak and set the target temperature in the mobile app.
3
Heat a frying pan, then sear the steak evenly on all sides.
4
Remove the steak from the pan once the internal temperature has reached 130°F and let it rest. The app will notify you once the steak is done.
5
Fill a saucepan with 80% water and add a pinch of salt. Boil the pasta for 8 minutes, then drain.
6
In the frying pan, melt the butter, then add minced garlic. Season with crushed red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce thickens.
7
Toss in the cooked pasta and mix well.
8
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
