Rotisserie-Style Steak Biscuits

  • Honey mustard

Step Description

Pre-heat your oven or grill to 350°F (177°C).

Roll your biscuits out on parchment paper, and flatten and cut.

Cut your bison or beef steaks to match the size of your biscuits. Cover each side with honey mustard and seasoning.

Add the steaks and biscuits to the rotisserie and cook for 13-17 minutes. Using your Thermo Pro Lighting, cook to your desired internal temperature.

Top with homemade gravy and enjoy!
