- 4 lbs boneless chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp chicken seasoning
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 cup maple syrup
- A few slices of bacon

Season the Chicken: Debone the chicken thighs and season them evenly with salt and chicken seasoning.

Grill the Chicken: Place the seasoned chicken evenly on the preheated smoker grill and let it cook.

Prepare the Bacon: Add the bacon to the smoker. Once the bacon is fully cooked, remove it from the grill and chop it into small pieces.

Glaze the Chicken: Use the ThermoPro Lightning One-Second Instant-Read Meat Thermometer to make sure your chicken has reached its safe cooking temperature of 165°F (74°C). Once the probe is inserted into the center of the meat, the Lightning provides temperature measurements within 1 second. When the chicken is almost done, brush a layer of maple syrup over the surface.

Finish Cooking: Once the chicken has reached the desired internal temperature, remove it from the grill and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
