- 2.5 lbs Tomahawk steak
- 1 tbsp steak seasoning
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Step Description

Bring the Tomahawk steak to room temperature. Marinate it with olive oil, steak seasoning, and chili powder in advance.

Use a ThermoPro TP980 Wi-Fi Wireless TempSpike Pro 4-Probe Meat Thermometer to make sure the steaks reach the ideal level of doneness. Insert the meat probe into the thickest part of the steak. Use the mobile app to set your desired internal temperature(120°F).

Place the marinated steak directly over charcoal heat until the surface develops a deep brown crust. Then transfer it to a lower-heat zone, cover the grill, and continue cooking.

Remove the steak once the internal temperature reaches your target setting. Serve and enjoy!
