- Garlic powder, thyme, oregano, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt (1 tbsp of each)
- 1 cup olive oil
- Beef tenderloin 4-6 lbs

Preheat your gas grill. Cut the silverskin and excess fat from the tenderloin with a sharp knife.

Mix together all the seasoning in a small bowl, and then use it to coat the tenderloin.

Tie up the tenderloin by wrapping it with butcher’s twine to hold its shape while cooking.

Place the tenderloin on the grill for 5 minutes on each side to sear. Afterwards, turn the tenderloin every 10-15 minutes for an even sear.

Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before carving and serving.
