- 20 oz. Flank Steak
- 1.5 Tbsp. Chili Powder
- 1/2 Tbsp. Ground Coffee
- 1 tsp. Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp. Coconut Sugar (or Regular Sugar)
- 1/2 tsp. Oregano
- 3/4 tsp. Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil or Coconut Oil
- Soft Corn Tortillas
- Shredded Lettuce
- Chopped Tomatoes
- Chopped Red Onion
- Cilantro
- Avocado Slices
- Lime Wedges

Prepare the rub by mixing all dry ingredients in a bowl. Rub half onto one side of the flank steak, then flip and repeat on the other side. Press the edges of the steak into the rub until fully coated.

Refrigerate the rubbed steak for 2–3 hours. Before cooking, let it rest at room temperature for about 20 minutes.

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. When hot, sear the steak for 1–2 minutes on each side depending on thickness.
