- 1 chicken breast
- 1 sandwich bun
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 sprigs cilantro
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 head cabbage
- Pickle juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- Onion powder
- Garlic powder
- Lime zest
- Frying pan
- Air fryer

Coat the chicken breast evenly with flour, dip it in beaten eggs, and then coat with crushed cornflakes. Insert the probe of the ThermoPro TP970 TempSpike Plus Wireless Meat Thermometerinto the center of the chicken breast.
Connect your wireless meat thermometer to your smartphone via Bluetooth. Open the ThermoPro App and set the target temperature to 165°F (74°C).
Place the chicken breast in the air fryer and set the temperature to 360°F (182°C). Fry until the ThermoPro App alerts you that the chicken breast has reached the target temperature. Then take out the chicken breast.
In a frying pan, add 1 tbsp avocado oil, 1/2 cup lime juice, 1 tbsp honey, 1 tsp cumin, 3 cloves of minced garlic, and 1/2 cup water. Season with salt and black pepper, then add chopped cilantro. Cook until the sauce thickens. Coat the chicken cutlet with the cilantro lime sauce, ensuring it absorbs all the flavors.
Slice the sandwich bun in half horizontally. In a frying pan, melt butter and olive oil. Once melted, place the bun halves in the pan and toast until golden and crispy on the outside.
Thinly slice the cucumber and shred the cabbage. Place them in a bowl. Season with honey, wine vinegar, salt, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and lime zest. Mix well.
In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, honey, parsley, salt, and wine vinegar. Stir until smooth and even. Spread the mixture on the inside of the toasted buns.
