  • Salt
  • Brown sugar
  • Creole butter
  • Creole blend seasoning

Brine the turkey legs in salt & brown sugar, and other spices.

Rinse it off and dry. Inject with creole butter, and cover with Creole blend seasoning.

Heat your smoker to 275°F (135°C), and put in the turkey legs. After about 1 1/2 hours, drizzle with melted butter, then continue to cook the legs until they reach an internal temperature of 175°F (79°C).
