  • 1 rack spare ribs (about 2–3 lbs)
  • ½ cup of your favorite BBQ rub
  • ½ cup of your favorite BBQ Sauce

Set smoker to 265°F (129°C).

Season the ribs with your favorite BBQ rub. Let the rub set for 30 minutes before placing it on the smoker.

Place ribs on the smoker. Using your ThermoPro TP920 Bluetooth Wireless Meat Thermometer cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 198°F (92°C). Let rest for 15–30 minutes before serving.
