Recipe Preparation
  • Salmon filet
  • Cream cheese
  • Chives, cut
  • Dill, cut
  • Lemon, squeezed
  • Olive oil
  • Bacon, shredded
  • Roasted garlic flakes
  • Lemon, slices
Step Description
1
In a bowl, mix cream cheese with cut chives and dill. Add squeezed lemon, pepper, olive oil, shredded bacon, and roasted garlic flakes.
2
Slice the salmon lengthwise to create two separate filets.
3
Apply the cream cheese filling to the top of the salmon, then roll into spirals. Use baker’s twine to keep the rolls locked into place.
4
Place the salmon rolls on an oven-safe baking board lined with cut lemon slices.
5
Insert the meat probes of a ThermoPro Twin TempSpike Dual-Probe Meat Thermometer to accurately track the salmon’s internal cooking temperature. Using its app, set the ingredient to “Salmon” which has a target setting of 135°F (57°C).
6
Fire up your grill to 375°F (191°C) and wait for the Twin TempSpike to alert you when the target temperature has been reached. Enjoy this baked salmon roll with cream cheese filling!
