Recipe Preparation
- 1 whole chicken
- 3 tbsp chicken seasoning powder
- 1 cup orange chicken & shrimp sauce
- Rice (as desired)
- Vegetables (as desired)
Recipe Instructions

Clean the whole chicken, cut it in half, and remove excess bones. Season with chicken seasoning powder and marinate for at least 2 hours.

Insert the probe of a ThermoPro TempSpike Pro into the thickest part of the chicken to monitor internal temperature. Set the target temperature to 160°F (71°C).

Place the chicken in the smoker and cook.

During smoking, baste the chicken multiple times with the orange chicken & shrimp sauce.

Once the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C), remove from the smoker. Serve with rice and vegetables.
