- 2 medium boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tsp spicy Italian seasoning
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- 1 pouch (90 sec) long-grain rice
- 2 tbsp pesto sauce
- ¼ cup bruschetta
- 1 tbsp pesto aioli
- 1 tsp balsamic glaze
- 1 tbsp shaved Parmesan

Mix Panko + Parmesan + Italian seasoning in a bowl.

Brush chicken with mayo, then press into the crumb mix to fully coat.
