Step Description
1
Boil 1 box of jumbo pasta shells in heavily salted water according to package instructions. Set aside once cooked.
2
Season chicken breasts with 1 tsp creole seasoning, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp smoked paprika, and 2 tbsp olive oil.
3
Sauté chicken in butter until fully cooked. Use a

4
Chop the chicken and mix it with ricotta, mozzarella, and Italian-blend cheese. Season with 1 tsp creole seasoning, ½ tsp onion powder, ½ tsp garlic powder, ½ tsp black pepper, and ½ tsp smoked paprika.
5
Whisk 2 large eggs in a bowl for the coating.
6
In another bowl, combine 1 cup all-purpose flour with 1 ½ tbsp creole seasoning, 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp smoked paprika.
7
Add 1 cup of Italian breadcrumbs to a third bowl.
8
Stuff a spoonful of chicken mixture into each cooked pasta shell. Cover with another shell and press to seal the filling inside.
9
