Recipe Preparation
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast
- 3 cups yogurt
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- 1 tbsp masala seasoning
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 3 tsp chili powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup honey
Recipe Instructions
1
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Place them in a bowl with yogurt, chili sauce, masala seasoning, and salt. Mix well and marinate for about 2 hours.
2
After marinating, remove the chicken and drain excess liquid. Coat evenly with flour and set aside.
3
Heat vegetable oil to 350°F (177°C). Use a ThermoPro TP510 Oil Thermometer to make sure the oil has reached the proper temperature. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and crispy. Toss with the honey sauce before serving.
4
To make the honey sauce, combine honey, lemon juice, butter, salt, black pepper, chili powder, and onion powder in a pan. Heat until fully melted and mixed.
5
To make the mac & cheese, start by melting butter in a pan. Add salt, black pepper, chili powder, and heavy cream. Stir in shredded Mexican cheese and bring to a gentle boil.
6
Add pre-cooked macaroni, mix well, then top with additional Mexican cheese. Bake in the oven until the cheese is fully melted and bubbly
7
Serve and enjoy!
