Recipe Preparation
Steaks & Marinade:
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 1 bottle red wine
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 5 tbsp butter
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 shallots
- ½ cup beef stock
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp Montreal steak seasoning
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
- 1 cup red wine
- 1 small shallot, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp butter, unsalted
- 3 sprigs fresh thyme
- ½ cup beef stock
- Salt and black pepper (to taste)
Recipe Instructions

Marinate the ribeye steaks in red wine for 2 hours. Season with Montreal steak seasoning.

Grill the steaks over charcoal until the internal temperature reaches around 120°F (49°C). Use a ThermoPro Lightning One-Second Instant-Read Meat Thermometer to ensure the target temperature has been reached. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.
