Roasted Herb Turkey Breast

Recipe Preparation
- 2.5-3 lb. turkey breast half
- 5 tbsp. Very soft butter
- 1.5 tbsp. chopped sage
- 1.5 tbsp. chopped rosemary
- 1 tbsp. chopped thyme leaves
- 6 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

In a bowl, combine the butter, herbs, garlic, salt and pepper. Place the turkey breast half in a glass baking dish skin side up and spread the butter mixture over all parts of the turkey breast.

Place your ThermoPro TP17 Leave-In Meat Thermometer's probes into the thickest parts of the breast and set it to the poultry setting, or 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Place the turkey in the oven for 40 minutes, then reduce the heat down to 350 degrees. Continue roasting until the turkey reaches the goal temperature.

Allow the turkey to rest for 10 minutes prior to slicing.

Serve alongside your favorite veggie side dish, like mashed potatoes, and spoon any pan juices on top of the sliced turkey.
