- Olive oil
- Garlic pepper seasoning
- Smoked paprika
- Seasoned salt

- Lemon pepper seasoning
- Any flavor marinade

Step Description
1
In a bowl, combine the ingredients for the marinade. Use half of it to apply to the hens, and save the rest for later.
2
To monitor the internal temperature of your food as it cooks, use a ThermoPro Twin TempSpike Plus 600-ft Wireless Dual-Probe Meat Thermometer. Set a target temperature of 165°F (74°C) for perfect results.
3
Put the hens in your smoker at 250°F (121°C) and cook for 2-3 hours.
4
Add honey to the marinade, and then apply it to the hens as they cook every 15 minutes.
5
Once the target temperature has been reached, remove the hens from heat and let them sit for a few minutes before serving.
