Recipe Preparation
  • 1 Ribeye steak
  • 1 tbsp salt, pepper & garlic rub
  • 224 g macaroni (2-4 servings of mac & cheese)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 5 oz cheddar cheese
  • 5 oz mozzarella cheese
Step Description
1
Season the steak by sprinking it with the salt, pepper, and garlic rub.
2
Heat up some oil on your frying pan. Quickly sear the steak on both sides, then transfer to the oven at 425°F (218°C) to finish cooking.
3
Before putting it in the oven, insert a ThermoPro TempSpike Plus 600-ft Wireless Meat Thermometer with Upgraded Probe into the steak. For medium rare, remove from heat at 130°F-135°F (54°C-57°C).
4
Cook the macaroni in boiling water. To prepare the sauce, melt a tab of butter in a pan and add the cream, cheddar cheese, and cayenne pepper.
5
Transfer the cooked macaroni to a baking tray. Mix with the sauce and top with mozzarella. Bake at 375°F (191°C) for 15 minutes or until the top turns golden brown. STEP 6: Serve the steak slicked with a serving of mac & cheese. Enjoy!
