We have gone through many trials and tribulations using this ThermoPro TempSpike Plus in the last month. We have tried it on chicken, ribs, burgers, and potatoes. The readings were good enough to let us know the inside temperatures of the protein. Funny thing is that prior to this, we relied on our eyes to determine if the cooking was done. I have a basic Taylor probe thermometer but they are not meant to be place inside an oven or a grill. We appreciate the easy to insert probe. The app kicks into gear a minute after the heat is on. So, for us, this is a great addition and letting us know our meat is ready sooner than we expected. Thus, much juicier! The probe is very easy to clean and having the case is super for storing! Nice job on the spike probe. Just noticed at time of this review, the price dropped big time. Get one now! 5 Stars!

Great price for great quality. Works really well! Has a stand on the back and shows accurate temperature inside my house! It also comes with the triple A battery that is calls for.
