- 40 ml whiskey
- 30 ml bacon fat oil (refrigerate overnight then filter)
- Ice ball
- 1 slice of bacon for decoration

Pour the whiskey into a separate container.

In a pan, fry 4 slices of bacon. Using a

, pour out the bacon oil once the heat has reached 241°F (116°C).

Add the hot bacon oil to the whiskey. Let refrigerate overnight, then filter.

Prepare the cocktail by adding an ice ball to a glass. Pour in the filtered whiskey, and garnish with a slice of fried bacon.
