- 1 large bottle of cola
- Yellow mustard (as needed)
- BBQ seasoning (as needed)

Score the surface of the ham in a crisscross pattern to help it absorb flavor. Evenly coat the surface with yellow mustard, then sprinkle BBQ seasoning over it.

Insert the probe of the ThermoPro TempSpike Plus into the center of the ham and set the target temperature alarm to 175°F (79°C).

Place the ham in the smoker and cook until the internal temperature reaches 175°F (79°C). Then transfer the ham into a pot, pour in the cola, and continue to simmer until the internal temperature reaches 206°F (96°C).
