- ½ cup dark brown sugar
- 1 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 bottle beer
- 2 oz whipping cream

Melt the butter in a pan, then add the brown sugar and water, stirring frequently.

to check when the mixture reaches 215°F (102°C). Once it does, remove from heat and stir in the cream.

Pour 2 oz of the heated mixture into a serving glass, then top with beer.

Top with whipping cream and serve immediately.
