To accurately monitor internal cooking temperatures, Insert a ThermoPro TP970 TempSpike Plus into the salmon and set the target temperature to 125°F.

Place salmon fillet, tofu, spinach, sea salt, lemon juice, black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes, minced onion, pesto sauce, tomato paste, garlic, and cherry tomatoes into a pot.

Place on an induction cooktop and cook over medium heat until the temperature reaches 125°F. Stir to combine.

Add spinach, Kraft cheese powder, and pre-cooked pasta. Mix thoroughly.
