Recipe Preparation
- 2 lbs. Top Sirloin, cut into 1” cubes
- 3 Tbsp. Olive Oil or Avocado Oil
- 1.5 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
- Juice from ½ Lemon
- ½ cup chopped Parsley
- ¼ cup chopped Oregano
- 8 cloves Garlic
- ¾ tsp. Salt
- ½ tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, cut into chunks
- 1 Red Onion, cut into chunks

In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, parsley, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Toss the beef chunks in the mixture and marinate in the fridge for at least an hour.

Meanwhile, toss your chopped peppers and onion in the remaining olive oil with a pinch of salt and pepper.

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes. Thread beef, onions, and peppers onto skewers in your desired pattern.

Preheat your grill to medium heat.

Place kabobs on the grill and close the lid. Grill for about 10 minutes, turning a few times throughout cooking.
