Recipe Preparation
  • 2–4 lbs Flank Steak
  • 2/3 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • ½ tbsp Parsley
Step Description
1
In a small bowl or zip-top bag, combine soy sauce, red wine vinegar, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and parsley to create the marinade. Place flank steak directly into the mixture. Refrigerate for 8–24 hours, flipping every 4 hours to ensure even marination.
2
Preheat your kamado or charcoal grill to high heat (400–500°F). Remove steak from marinade and grill for 2–3 minutes per side, aiming for crispy edges and a juicy center.
3
Use a ThermoPro TP02S Instant-Read Thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 135°F for medium-rare. Avoid overcooking to maintain tenderness.
4
Let the steak rest for a few minutes, then slice against the grain. Serve and enjoy!
