- 1 lb chicken breast
- 1/2 lb broccoli
- 1/2 lb mashed potatoes
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 slice buttered bread
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 oz butter
- 2 oz Parmesan cheese
- 1 oz Kraft cheese powder
- 2 cups yogurt

In a bowl, combine salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Mix yogurt and Parmesan cheese in a bowl.

Cut chicken breasts in half lengthwise. Marinate in spice blend and yogurt mixture.

Heat a cast iron skillet over high heat. Add oil, swirl to coat, then add chicken breasts.

Use a ThermoPro TP622 Lightning to accurately monitor the internal temperature of your ingredients. Once 165°F is reached, add yogurt cheese mixture.

Preheat oven to 325°F. Transfer skillet to oven.

Once cheese melts, top with buttered breadcrumbs and bake until golden brown. Once ready, remove from oven and serve.
