- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1 tbsp aluminum-free baking powder
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 cup Guinness beer
- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp chili powder

Prep the Chicken: Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels. Place them in a large bowl, add all the seasoning ingredients, and mix thoroughly to coat. Let marinate for 20 minutes.

Bake the Wings: Preheat the oven to 360°F (182°C). Arrange the marinated wings on a baking rack or tray. Bake until the internal temperature of the thickest part of the wing reaches 165°F (74°C). Use a ThermoPro TP622 Lightning One-Second Instant-Read Meat Thermometer to check the temperature. Brush the wings with the prepared BBQ sauce, increase the oven temperature to 400°F (204°C), and bake for an additional 3–5 minutes until nicely glazed.

Make the BBQ Sauce: Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Pour in the Guinness and bring to a boil. Add all remaining sauce ingredients and stir well. Simmer over medium-low heat until the sauce thickens to your desired consistency. Serve and enjoy.
