Blue Cheese Compound Butter
- 2 sticks butter
- 8 oz crumbled blue cheese
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire
- ½ tsp smoked sea salt
- ¼ cup sliced scallions
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- 3 cloves roasted garlic
- ⅓ cup panko
- breadcrumbs
Step Description

Prepare the steak by seasoning it with sea salt and olive oil.

Fire up your pizza oven and put the steak inside once it’s ready. Use a ThermoPro Dual Laser Thermometer Gun to make sure the pizza oven has reached a temperature of 650°F (343°C).

Use a ThermoPro Lightning One-Second Instant-Read Meat ThermoPro to check that the steak cooked medium with an internal temperature of 135°F (57°C). Remove from heat once it has reached the right temperature.

Make a blue cheese compound butter by combining the listed ingredients. Apply to the surface of the steak, and let it bake in for a few minutes.
