- 1 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup mixed cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 slices of bacon
- 1 slice cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp Thousand Island dressing
- 1 slice tomato
- 1 leaf butter lettuce
- 1 cup cheddar cheese sauce
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- French fries (as desired)

Season the ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook in a skillet until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Be sure to use a ThermoPro Lightning Meat Thermometer to make your burger has been cooked properly to the right temperature. Top with a slice of cheddar cheese, then remove from heat and set aside.

Cook the bacon until crispy. Toast the burger bun in the same skillet until golden and slightly crispy.

Assemble the burger with the patty, Thousand Island dressing, tomato, butter lettuce, and crispy bacon. Drizzle generously with cheddar cheese sauce, and serve with fries on the side.
