Recipe Preparation
  • 1 lbs pork ribs
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Recipe Instructions

Pat the pork ribs dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

Marinate the ribs with soy sauce, brown sugar, chili powder, onion powder, cumin powder, black pepper, and salt. Let it sit for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to penetrate.

Preheat the oven to 320°F (160°C).

Arrange the marinated ribs neatly on a baking tray and roast in the oven until the internal temperature reaches at least 165°F (74°C). Use a ThermoPro Lightning Meat Thermometer to make sure the temp is right.

Remove from oven and garnish with chopped green onions before serving. Enjoy!
