- 1.5 lbs. Ground Chicken
- 3 cups Grated Japanese Sweet Potato
- ½ cup minced Red Bell Pepper
- ½ tsp. Garlic Powder
- ½ tsp. Onion Powder
- ¾ tsp. Salt
- ¼ tsp. Black Pepper
- 2.5 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Chopped Dill
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped Parsley
- For serving: Crumbled Feta, Minced Red Bell Pepper (or chopped tomato), Chopped Parsley and Dill

Preheat your grill to medium heat and lightly oil the grates.

In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated sweet potato, red bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, olive oil, dill, and parsley. Mix until well combined.

Form 8–10 burger patties. You can stack them between parchment paper to prevent sticking.

Place the patties on the grill and sear for 4 minutes on one side. Insert the probe of the

into the thickest patty and set it to the ground poultry setting or 165°F (74°C).

Cover the grill and cook the burgers until they reach the target temperature. If needed, flip once more and reposition the probe accordingly.

Top each burger with feta, bell pepper or tomato, parsley, and dill. Serve over salad greens or with your favorite bun.
