Description de l'étape
1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C). Cut your sweet potatoes into fries and toss them in avocado oil with a pinch of salt.
2
Lay them out in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, then flip and bake for another 10–15 minutes, or until nicely browned.
3
Preheat your grill to medium heat. In a bowl, combine the ground beef, parsley, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
4
Form 6–8 patties and press a slight indent in the center of each to keep them flat while cooking.
5
Place the burgers on the grill. After 2 minutes, rotate them 90° and grill for another 2 minutes. Flip the burgers over.
6
Set your
TP17 Leave-In Meat Thermometer
to your preferred doneness temperature (160°F/71°C for medium-well to well-done), and insert the probe into the side of one of the largest patties.
7
Close the lid and grill until the internal temperature reaches your set target.
8
Assemble the burgers on buns with lettuce, tomato, onion, and avocado. Serve alongside the sweet potato fries with your favorite condiments.
