Bacon Whiskey Cocktail
INGREDIENTS
- 40ml whiskey
- 30ml bacon fat oil (refrigerate overnight then filter)
- Ice ball
- 1 slice of bacon for decoration
HOW TO MAKE Bacon Whiskey Cocktail
STEP 1:
Pour the whiskey into a separate container.
STEP 2:
In a pan, fry 4 slices of bacon. Using a ThermoPro TP19H, pour out the bacon oil once the heat has reached 241°F (116°C).
STEP 3:
Add to the whiskey. Let refrigerate overnight, then filter.
STEP 4:
Prepare the cocktail by adding an ice ball to a glass. Pour in the filtered whiskey, and garnish with a slice of fried bacon.
