- Ask customer for Email, model, order number and country
- Fill out the warranty registration form
- Click “Subscribe“.
ISSUES WITH WARRANTY REGISTRATION
“My ThermoPro was a gift. I don’t have an order number.”
- Every online purchase comes with an invoice, you will be required to contact the person who “gifted” this to you and request the order number or invoice from them.
- If unavailable, please request to speak with a live agent for an alternative.
“I didn’t get a confirmation when I registered my product.”
- Suggest that the E-mail confirmation could have gone to their junk mail. If that wasn’t the case, then-
- Register their product over the phone as instructed above.
