Bacon-Wrapped Big Burger
INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 pack of bacon
- 1 large bun
- Barbecue sauce
- Queso cheese sauce
HOW TO MAKE Bacon-Wrapped Big Burger
STEP 1:
Form a patty with the ground beef. Add any seasonings you like.
STEP 2:
Make a bacon weave and wrap it around your burger patty. Insert a ThermoPro TempSpike Truly Wireless Meat Thermometer and smoke it at 300°F (149°C).
STEP 3:
Cut a fresh, large bun in half, rub it in mayo, and toast each half.
STEP 4:
Use the TempSpike to monitor the internal temperature of the patty. Remove from heat once it has reached 160°F (71°C).
STEP 5:
Assemble your burger, topping it with Queso and barbecue sauce. Serve and enjoy!
