Butter Caramel Beer
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cup dark brown sugar
- 1 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp butter
- ¼ heavy cream
- 1 bottle beer
- 2 oz whipping cream
HOW TO MAKE Butter Caramel Beer
STEP 1:
Melt the butter in a pan, then add the brown sugar and water, stirring often.
STEP 2:
Use a ThermoPro TP19H to determine if the mixture had reached 215°F (102°C), at which point remove from heat. Add cream. and mix.
STEP 3:
Pour the 2 oz of the heated mixture into a serving glass, followed by the beer.
STEP 4:
Top with whipping cream and serve.
