- Ask customer for Email, model, order number and country
- Fill out the warranty registration form
- Click “Subscribe“.
ISSUES WITH WARRANTY REGISTRATION
“My ThermoPro was a gift. I don’t have an order number.”

- Ask if they know the gifter’s name. Look up the given name and provide them with the order number if available.
- If unavailable, ask them to just use “gift” as the order number.
“I didn’t get a confirmation when I registered my product.”

- Suggest that the E-mail confirmation could have gone to their junk mail. If that wasn’t the case, then-
- Register their product over the phone as instructed above.
