    1. Go to: https://buythermopro.com/warranty-registration/
    2. Ask customer for Email, model, order number and country
    3. Fill out the warranty registration form
    4. Click “Subscribe“.

ISSUES WITH WARRANTY REGISTRATION

“My ThermoPro was a gift. I don’t have an order number.”

    1. Every online purchase comes with an invoice, you will be required to contact the person who “gifted” this to you and request the order number or invoice from them.
    2. If unavailable, please request to speak with a live agent for an alternative.

“I didn’t get a confirmation when I registered my product.”

    1. Suggest that the E-mail confirmation could have gone to their junk mail. If that wasn’t the case, then-
