Fall Off the Bone Ribs
INGREDIENTS
- 1 rack spare ribs (about 2–3 lbs)
- ½ cup of your favorite BBQ rub
- ½ cup of your favorite BBQ Sauce
HOW TO MAKE Fall Off the Bone Ribs
STEP 1:
Set smoker to 265°F (129°C).
STEP 2:
Season the ribs with your favorite BBQ rub. Let the rub set for 30 minutes before placing it on the smoker.
STEP 3:
Place ribs on the smoker. Using your ThermoPro TP920 meat thermometer, cook until it reaches an internal temperature of 198°F (92°C). Let rest for 15–30 minutes before serving.
