Grilled Lobster Tails
INGREDIENTS
- 6-8 lobster tails
- 1½ cups heavy cream
- ¾ cup parmesan cheese
- ½ cup butter
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- ¾ cup chopped bacon
- 1 tbsp diced garlic
- ¼ chives
How to Make GRILLED LOBSTER TAILS
STEP 1:
Season your lobster tails, then grill or bake at 300°F (149°C). In a pan, create a sauce by mixing melted butter, garlic, bacon, cream, parmesean, cornstarch, and chives.
STEP 2:
To avoid your lobster from becoming rubbery, use a ThermoPro Lightning to check that the internal temperature of the lobster has reached 140°F (60°C).
STEP 3:
Cover with your cooked sauce and enjoy.
