STEP 1:
In a bowl, combine ground beef and italian sausage along with sauted peppers and onions.
STEP 2:
Combine with parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Cajun seasoning, bbq sauce, and two eggs.
STEP 3:
Mix together, then line a loaf pan with parchment paper, and form the loaf.
STEP 4:
Cover and rest in the freezer for about an hour.
Place the loaves on a wire rack and season. Insert using a ThermoPro Twin TempSpike for accurate wireless temperature monitoring.
STEP 5:
Instead of just cooking in oven, you can put in smoker. Cook at 275°F (135°C) for about an hour and a half. Then glaze with BBQ sauce, and cook until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
