STEP 1:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C). Season and split the chicken breasts.
STEP 2:
Melt butter with oil in an oven-safe pan. Sear the chicken for a minute on each side. Stir in minced garlic, letting it cook for 2 minutes.
STEP 3:
Add chicken stock and heavy cream and mix in oregano, thyme, chili flakes, and sun-dried tomatoes. Then stir in the grated parmesan. Add salt and pepper according to your preferences.
STEP 4:
Return chicken to the pan and bake for 10 mins. Ensure the chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) by using a ThermoPro Lightning One-Second Instant Thermometer.
STEP 5:
Serve over pasta or rice and enjoy!
