HOW TO MAKE Bacon-Wrapped Onion Ring Burgers

  • STEP 1 - For the Bacon-Wrapped Onion Rings: Set the smoker/grill to 350°F. Wrap the bacon around the onion rings, and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Place them on the smoker and cook until the bacon is crispy. Takes about 25 minutes.

  • STEP 2 - For the Burgers: Split the ground beef into three equal parts (a little over 5 ounces each) and form into patties. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Set up the grill for high direct heat.

  • STEP 3: Place the patties on the grill and cook for 1–2 minutes. Flip, and then cook for another 1–2 minutes.

  • STEP 5 - For the creamy BBQ burger sauce: Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl, and mix.
