STEP 1 – For the Bacon-Wrapped Onion Rings: Set the smoker/grill to 350°F. Wrap the bacon around the onion rings, and sprinkle with seasoned salt. Place them on the smoker and cook until the bacon is crispy. Takes about 25 minutes.
STEP 2 – For the Burgers: Split the ground beef into three equal parts (a little over 5 ounces each) and form into patties. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Set up the grill for high direct heat.
STEP 3: Place the patties on the grill and cook for 1–2 minutes. Flip, and then cook for another 1–2 minutes.
STEP 4: Continue cooking and flipping until the patties have reached your desired internal temperature. Use an instant-read thermometer like the ThermoPro TP19H Instant-Read Thermometer for quick and accurate results when cooking.
STEP 5 – For the creamy BBQ burger sauce: Combine all sauce ingredients in a bowl, and mix.
