  • 2.5-3 lb. turkey breast half
  • 5 tbsp. Very soft butter
  • 1.5 tbsp. chopped sage
  • 1.5 tbsp. chopped rosemary
  • 1 tbsp. chopped thyme leaves
  • 6 cloves chopped garlic
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt

HOW TO MAKE Roasted Herb Turkey Breast

  • Step 1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Step 2. In a bowl, combine the butter, herbs, garlic, salt and pepper. Place the turkey breast half in a glass baking dish skin side up and spread the butter mixture over all parts of the turkey breast.

  • Step 3. Place your Thermopro thermometer probes into the thickest parts of the breast and set it to the poultry setting, or 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Step 4. Place the turkey in the oven for 40 minutes, then reduce the heat down to 350 degrees. Continue roasting until the turkey reaches the goal temperature.

  • Step 5. Allow the turkey to rest for 10 minutes prior to slicing.

  • Step 6. Serve alongside your favorite veggie side dish, like mashed potatoes, and spoon any pan juices on top of the sliced turkey.
