- 4 tbsp curry paste
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 stalks lemongrass
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- Rice noodles (optional)
- Salt to taste

- ½ cup cornstarch
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- ½ tbsp salt
How to Make Soup in a Meatball
STEP 1:
To create the laksa soup base, combine the ingredients in a pot and simmer for 10 minutes. Add hard-boiled eggs and shrimp, then put into two small bowls and freeze until solid.

For the meatball, mix ground beef with some spices and a hefty portion of cornstarch. Shape it in a round cake pan putting your frozen soup in the middle, making sure both halves are bound together.

Bake at 350°F (177°C) until a test by your ThermoPro Lightning reads 165°F (74°C) all the way through.

Cut through the shell of the meat to serve the cooked soup inside.
