INGREDIENTS FOR GARLIC PARMESAN MIX
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Bacon
HOW TO MAKE STEAK & EGGS ROYALE
DIRECTIONS FOR STEAK
STEP 1:
Heavily salt the steak and let rest in the fridge for 24-48 hours.
STEP 2:
Reverse sear the steak in a smoker/oven set at 200°F (93°C). Use a ThermoPro TempSpike to monitor the internal temperature of the steak, and remove once it reaches 125°F (52°C).
STEP 3:
Cook the steak on a piping-hot cast iron pan for 1-2 minutes on each side!
STEP 4:
After letting your steak rest, apply the garlic Parmesan mixture and Bacon. Then broil the steak or use a torch for 1 minute on each side to seal the Parmesan crust.
