Steak & Eggs Sandwich
INGREDIENTS
- Toasted sourdough bread
- Burrata cheese
- Applewood smoked bacon
- New York strip
- Provolone cheese
- Caramelized onions
- Sunny side-up eggs
- Chili oil sauce
HOW TO MAKE Steak & Eggs Sandwich
STEP 1:
Fry a New York Strip steak in a pan. Use a ThermoPro Lightning One-Second Instant-Read Thermometer to check that it has reached the optimal temperature for your level of doneness (120°F/49°C for rare).
STEP 2:
Fry eggs sunny-side up in a pan. Fry bacon, and caramelize the onions.
STEP 3:
Toast and slice the sourdough bread. Cover it with a layer of burrata cheese. Cut steak into thin strips and add as the next layer. Add provolone cheese, onions, and carmelized onions. Finally, add the eggs as the top layer of the sandwich.
STEP 4:
For a whole new level of flavor intensity, top it off with a fiery chili sauce.
