Bone-In NY Strips & Shrimp
INGREDIENTS
- Wellborn NY strip steaks
- Wulf’s shrimp
- Dale’s Original Marinade
- Durant Olive Oil
- Spicelopedia Italian Lemon Pepper
- Butter (optional)
- Rosemary (optional)
HOW TO MAKE BONE-IN NY STRIPS & SHRIMP
STEP 1:
Marinate the steak with Dale’s Original Marinade and Durant Olive Oil. Liberally season each side of the Wellborn 2R Beef & Wulf’s Shrimp with Spicelopedia Italian Lemon Pepper.
STEP 2:
For optimal results, insert aThermoPro Twin TempSpike 500-ft Wireless Dual-Probe Meat Thermometer into the center of each cut in order to continually track their internal temperatures. Set the desired temperature on your app.
STEP 3:
Sear over Durant Olive Oil at 600°F (316°C)for 2 minutes per side, removing and resting until a desired internal temperature of 132°F (56C) is reached. (Optional) Baste with butter and rosemary.
